 Queen Baby Bean has a reputation of speedy shipping!  Most purchases will ship out the following business day of your purchase (this does not include drop-ship items).

 

 Drop-ship items are usually shipped out from the manufacturer within 2 to 3 business days.

The United States Postal Service (priority mail) is our primary shipping method, however your package may arrive via UPS or FedEx. Some packages may also ship parcel post, depending on their size and weight.  Drop-ship items are shipped by the service the manufacturer selects - the service is noted within the item description.

Orders shipped via standard ground shipping to the contiguous states have an estimated transit time of 5-7 days depending on your location.  These are estimated shipping times by the United States Postal Service and not guaranteed by Queen Baby Bean.

If you place an order that includes an item that is drop shipped, you will receive your order in multiple shipments.

Occasionally, the manufacturer may notify us that a particular item is out of stock.  Queen Baby Bean will notify you as soon as we are aware of this situation.

 If you require quicker shipping, we can ship via next day for an additional fee.  Please complete your order using the standard shipping selection and make a note that you would be interested in next day service.  Queen Baby Bean will contact you with the additional shipping fees associated with this selection.

Yes, we do ship to Hawaii and Alaska for an additional $5 fee.

 Standard shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is as follows:

Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO addresses!  Shipping is $6.95 or free for orders $100 and over.

 Drop-Ship items are not available to be shipped to APO/FPO addresses.  We apologize for this inconvenience.

 
 

DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE U.S.? back to top Î 

Queen Baby Bean is based in the United States but we do everything possible to offer all of our products world-wide.  Unfortunately, some restrictions do apply.

Drop-Ship items and some over-sized items are not available to be shipped internationally.  We apologize for this inconvenience.

Some larger items on our site may require an additional surcharge to ship outside the U.S.  If a surcharge does apply, it will be noted in the item description.

We ship using The United States Postal Service and customs information will be provided.  Queen Baby Bean will provide you with the customs form number so that you can track your package.

Shipping to CANADA - once we receive your order the actual shipping charges will be calculated.  We will contact you with that amount before we fulfill your order.  If you do not agree with the amount, you may request that we cancel your order.

All other international customers:  Please contact us and we would be happy to quote you a shipping rate based on the weight of the items you would like to purchase.

Return/Exchange Policyback to top Î

 
Queen Baby Bean wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  We will happily process a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, assuming the item is in its original packaging, manufacturer tags are still intact and item is in unused condition. 
Shipping charges (original and return) are non-refundable.  No refunds will be issued after 30 days.

If an item arrives damaged, Queen Baby Bean must be notified within 5 days of delivery.  A replacement item (if available) will be shipped to the customer.

Please note, Earth Mama Angel Baby, MomSpit & Adiri products can only be returned if they are unused & unopened.  This policy is to ensure product integrity.  In addition, jewelry is not returnable due to the custom design.

 Personalized, final sale and drop-ship items are not returnable unless there is an error on our part.

 If a drop-ship item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to arrange for a replacement.  No returns accepted on drop-ship items after 30 days.  This policy includes Levels of Discovery, Kidkraft, notneutral & ubi products.

Please note, before returning an item, you must contact us via email at contact@queenbabybean.com to obtain a return authorization number (RA#).  Please include this # with your return.  Failure to provide this # will cause a delay in processing your return.

Once the item is returned, a refund (or store credit if after 30 days) will be issued for the amount you paid less any promotional discounts and/or shipping costs.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  If an order qualified for free shipping (currently orders $100 and above) and the returned item(s) brings the order below the $100 threshold, the flat rate shipping fee of $6.95 will be deducted from the return credit.

Wish list/Gift registry Instructions back to top Î

   

To add items to your Wish list/Gift registry, first add them to your cart by clicking the order button. Once you have selected all of your items, go to your cart, check the items you want to add to your Wish list/Gift registry and click on 'Update Cart'. If you are signed in, your items will be added to your list. If you are not signed in or have not yet created an account, you will be prompted to do so at this time.

If you are looking for someone's list, click on wish list/gift registry (or click here), which can be found in the upper-right hand corner of the site.  Now click on wish list/gift registry search which will allow you to search by name and/or email address.

PLEASE NOTE:  items that are purchased for someone that has a registry, MUST be added to the cart from the registry page in order to be removed from their list.  Purchasing the item from the actual item page, will not remove the item from the gift registry.
